Why do you need the leaf spring?
leaf spring is a simple form of spring commonly used in the suspension systems of wheeled vehicles. It consists of several layers of metal (usually steel) strips, or "leaves," that are stacked on top of each other in a semi-elliptical shape. These layers are clamped together in the middle with a bolt or center pin and are attached to the axle and chassis of the vehicle at both ends.
